We’re pleased to announce that Mainline Track Limited and West-Trak Equipment Limited are merging to form West-Trak NZ Limited.

This takes effect from the 1st of January 2024!

The new company will trade under the existing West-Trak brand, and Truan Bailey as the new Managing Director will give West-Trak NZ fresh drive, focus and direction.

How will this affect me as a customer?

As an existing Mainline Track customer, you will see four key benefits:

  • Improved customer service and response times
  • Expanded product range and service offerings
  • You will now have access to all of West-Trak’s wider product range with your existing account, this includes G.E.T, Crusher parts, Forestry Tyre Tracks, Wear Steels, and much more!
  • You will continue to enjoy the TUFF range including the unique TUFF Superseal chains, TUFFtrac rubber tracks, and TUFFpad rubber pads.

Will your contact information change?

The Mainline Track contact details are moving to West-Trak NZ, we will provide redirects on all calls, emails, and from our website.

Will there be changes to payments?

Yes, payments for invoices dated in 2024 will need to be made to the new legal entity, West-Trak NZ Limited, which will have a new bank account that will be shown on invoices from January 2024. For any invoices dated in 2023, payments must be made to the current bank account of the respective entities. 

When will the change happen?

West-Trak NZ Limited will begin trading on the 1st of January 2024, however, due to the New Year break, our offices will open on the 8th of January 2024.

Are you keeping all stocking locations?

No, all Mainline Track stock will be moved to the three West-Trak locations (Auckland, Westport, Cromwell).

The Mainline Track Auckland branch has closed, and the Nelson branch will remain a hybrid office/collection point for local customers at 11/750 Lower Queen Street, Richmond.

How will this affect me as a supplier?

All NZ suppliers should have received a letter on the 23rd of November 2023 detailing all changes. If you did not receive this, please email skye@west-trak.co.nz and we’ll assist with the changes.
