At last – a chain which solves the problem of internal chain wear and seizing of joints – the Superseal®!
>> ZERO SEIZING
>> 25% LONGER CHAIN LIFE
>> 50% LONGER LUBRICATION IN THE SEALS
>> 180% SURFACE PRESSURE INCREASE
Manufactured in South Korea, the essence of this chain is that the seals retain grease within the pin and bush during the chain’s life. The chain has a unique and patented seal which increases sealing efficiency by 280% over typical aftermarket chains. Able to withstand surface pressure of 5,000kgF (typical aftermarket chains operate at 1800kgF), the seals will not deform but maintain their shape throughout its useful life. Standard seals deform under pressure and with use allow the ingress of water, sand, grit and other foreign particles which adheres to the grease removing its lubrication function.
This wears the chains from the inside out – hence squeaking, stretched pitch, premature bush wear, seizing of joints, and the jumping of chains which damages drive motors. The Superseal® chain blocks any of these foreign elements entering the chamber around the pin and bush. This extends the overall product life by 25% because the pins will not wear disproportionally ahead of the chain itself. Superseal® chains do not seize, stretch or get premature bush wear. They are quieter for longer due to the lubrication retention. In addition to this, the reduced link-to-link friction diminishes the load on your machines drive motors and sprockets thereby extending their life.
The Superseal® chain comes as standard with a seal inserted into the master link which is the most common wearing part of a chain. The seal ensures this commonly compromised part is no longer a weak link on the Superseal® chain system. Superseal® chains are stocked for machines 10 to 26 tonnes. Track groups can be built up for ease of fitment or supplied just as chains for your existing shoes to be moved across. The Superseal® is a milestone towards our vision of earthmoving without wearpart frustrations – join us on our journey and make premature chain wear a problem of the past!GET A QUOTE
