    Mainline Track Terms & Conditions

    Please email marketing@mainlinegroup.co.nz to receive the TrackPoints Terms & Conditions. We’ll endeavour to reply to you as promptly as possible with the TrackPoints Terms & Conditions attached.

    Mainline Track Privacy Policy

     

    1. By entering into this agreement, the customer consents and authorises Mainline Track Limited to collect, store, use and disclose the customers personal information for the purposes contemplated by this agreement.
    2. The customer authorises Mainline Track Limited to obtain such information and make such enquiries about the customer from any source, entity, or third party including any credit reference and reporting agencies.
    3. The Customer authorises Mainline Track Limited to disclose the customers personal information to any credit reference agency or any entity connected to Mainline Track Limited.
    4. The Customer has the right to access personal information held by Mainline Track Limited and request any correction of that information.
    Referral Terms & Conditions

    An existing customer can receive a $100 Prezzy Card for each successful new customer referred to us. To qualify for the $100 Prezzy Card;

    1. The Existing customer must have purchased from us within the last 10 years an order of at least $1,000 (GST inclusive), and
    2. The Referred customer must be a new customer and have not purchased from us before, and
    3. The Referred customer must purchase at lease a single order of no less than $2,000 (GST inclusive), and
    4. Following payment of the Referred customers order the Existing customer or the Referred customer must notify us via email tuffparts@mainlinegroup.co.nz to claim the $100 Prezzy Card.
